One evening late last summer, as the sun dipped below the horizon, all the guests who were staying at the B&B at the time gathered on the terrace of Villa Andalucía for an Exclusive Dining Indian Night. Moving to the UK at age five, he was exposed to a medley of culinary influences, which shaped his eclectic palate. However, it was the rich, aromatic flavours of Goan cuisine, that drove his desire to cook.
His professional journey has seen him wear many hats – from a Kitchen Manager to a Gardener, organising events from Christmas parties to New Year’s Eve celebrations.
Fourteen years ago, Conrad’s culinary adventure brought him to Spain, where he has since delighted diners in a variety of restaurants in Nerja, Torrox and private dining experiences.
