Welcome to our charming and unique accommodation, where each room has been thoughtfully designed to showcase its own individual character and charm. Our rooms are named after different fruits, adding a touch of fun and personality to your stay.
Rest assured that your comfort is our top priority, with cozy bed linen, fluffy towels, and air-conditioning to ensure that you stay cool and comfortable in any weather.
We’ve thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, with a fridge and drink-making facilities in every room, complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and sugar, as well as a hairdryer and torches for your convenience. And when you want to take in the fresh air, simply step outside onto your own private terrace, complete with sun loungers or sunbeds and clothes dryers.
UPDATE: We have added new bins to all rooms to make it easier for you to help the environment. These bins allow you to separate your consumable waste.

At our beautiful property, we offer a choice of BBQ grills to satisfy all your cravings – whether you prefer the smoky flavor of charcoal or the convenience of gas.
And don’t worry about the hassle of cleaning or the cost of fuel – for a small fee of 25€, we’ve got you covered!
While we love to offer our guests the option to use our BBQ grills, we want to ensure that safety is always our top priority.
We want to inform you that, in accordance with local government regulations, during the summer season the use of BBQ grills may be prohibited in cases of excessively high temperatures or strong winds, as these conditions increase the risk of fire hazards.
Although it’s rare that these conditions occur, we want to ensure that you are informed in advance so that you can plan your meals accordingly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping our property and the surrounding area safe for everyone.
We also offer a range of additional facilities to make your stay even more comfortable. With our two washing machines, you can easily keep your clothes fresh and clean throughout your vacation (only 15€ per load). Need to press your clothes? No problem! We have ironing boards and irons in several rooms, as well as a communal one for your convenience.
Finally, for those lazy days by the pool or fun days at the beach, you can rent our comfortable beach towels for only 7€ a week. And if you want to switch them out for fresh ones, no problem – it’s only an additional 7€ each time.

Prices vary from room to room
starting from 66,00€ per room per night, based 2 people sharing.
Except for Avocado and Banana Rooms, if 3 persons share an extra 15€ per night.

Except for the Christmas Holidays, Valentine’s Day and Easter Holidays.
Summer Months 2nd June to 30th September
Except for Competa’s Feria and Noche del Vino

Booking Conditions
The prices listed are for the entire room**, not for each person per night. However, the price does not include breakfast.
If there are any discounts or special offers, they will be applied to the final price you pay, not to the daily rate shown on the booking form, unless you have a voucher code for the offer.

Please be aware that there is a minimum stay of two nights.
**There is an additional charge of 15€ per night if three people are sharing in the Avocado or Banana rooms. .
Arrival and Departure
Check-in is available from 1.00pm to 8.00pm
Early/late check-in can be arranged by prior arrangement and subject to availability.
Check-out time is 11.00am
Late check-out can also be arranged by prior arrangement and subject to availability..
There will be a cost depending on the extra length of stay.
Car Parking
Parking is available, cars can be parked at the Villa or on the roadside.
Cars and their contents are left at owners’ risk.
