Reservation & Cancellation Terms

Payment

Deposit: A deposit of 30% of your reservation is taken on booking. The deposit of 30% is non-refundable.

Balance Due: The remaining balance is due four (4) weeks prior to arrival, payable by bank transfer.

Cancellation Policy

We advise that you take out travel insurance to cover against an unexpected cancellation.

Cancellation must be made by email to info@villaandalucia.es by the party who made the original booking.

Cancellation charges are as followed and are based on the percentage of the total reservation.

If more than 43 days (at 08.00 GMT 43rd day) prior to arrival – 30% (the deposit)

If 42-14 days (at 08.00 GMT on 42nd to 15.00 GMT 14 days) to your arrival – 50%

If 14-0 days (at 08.00 GMT on 14th) prior to your arrival – 100%

Any refunds there will be a administration fee of 10% deducted from the refund.

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full.

Liability

We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or your possessions unless proven to be due to negligence by ourselves or our employees during the course of their employment.

Lost Property

We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of 10€ plus postage and packing.

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited anywhere indoors and on and in de direct surroundings of the sunbeds. Ashtrays are provided on the terraces. Ofcourse drugs are strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to charge €100 for a full & deep clean if we discover that smoking has taken place in the appartent. For the Villa we reserve €300 for a full & deep clean if we discover that smoking has taken place

Damages

We understand accidents happen. Should you damage anything, please inform me straight away so it can be quickly rectified. Failure to do so will result in extra costs.

Swimming Pool

No one in the age of 10 till 18 is allowed in the swimming pool on their own or left unattended by the pool. The swimming pool does not have a shallow end.

Swimming is not permitted after dusk until daylight.
