During these stressing times, the terms and conditions have been revised for the unforeseeable future to stress-free cancellation.
The deposit has been reduced to 20%.
You can cancel for free up to 2 days prior to arrival.
Balance due on arrival by credit card.
All other terms and conditions remain the same.
By submitting your reservation and giving us your credit/debit card information on the booking form, you are agreeing to the “Terms and Conditions”, whether by ticking the box online or verbally consenting over the phone or in an email.
Submitting your credit card information is a contractual agreement between me (Helen Hares) and the named person who booked online. In return, we will reserve the specified room, for specified days as requested for your reservation.
If you are unable to secure the reservation with a credit/debit card then we require a bank transfer within 2 days. We will then send confirmation of your reservation once the money has cleared.
Deposit: A deposit of 25% of your reservation is taken on booking, any discount or offers are deducted from the final balance.
If booking more than two (2) rooms the deposit of 25% is non-refundable.
Balance Due: The remaining balance is due six (6) weeks prior to arrival, payable by credit card/debit card or bank transfer.
Any meals, activities or additional services are to be paid on departure either by cash or with a credit/debit card.
We advise that you take out travel insurance to cover against an unexpected cancellation.
Cancellation must be made by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by the party who made the original booking.
Cancellation charges are as followed and are based on the percentage of the total reservation.
If more than 43 days (at 08.00 GMT 43rd day) prior to arrival – 25% (your deposit)
If 42-14 days (at 08.00 GMT on 42nd to 15.00 GMT 14 days) to your arrival – 50%
If 14-0 days (at 08.00 GMT on 14th) prior to your arrival – 100%
Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full. Should you wish to, we will attempt to book you into another local bed and breakfast of the same grading in a similar standard of room(s). Should this establishment be more expensive than Villa Andalucía, we will pay the difference for the first night of your stay. Our liability will not extend beyond these conditions.
If circumstances outside our control dictate a specific room becomes unavailable we reserve the right to transfer the booking to an alternative room of similar quality.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, your vehicles or your possessions unless proven to be due to negligence by ourselves or our employees during the course of their employment.
We are happy to return items that have been left following departure. However, there will be a minimum charge of 5€ plus postage and packing.
Smoking is prohibited ANYWHERE INDOORS. Ashtrays are provided on the terraces.
We reserve the right to charge €100 for a full & deep clean if we discover that smoking has taken place in the room. Your card will debited within 24 hours of your departure
We understand accidents happen. Should you damage anything, please inform me straight away so it can be quickly rectified. Failure to do so will result in charges to your card after departure.
