Individual Walks in Cómpeta

June 30, 2020

Cómpeta Walking Festival is taking place this September 2021, please look at my BLOG  for more information of the walks and when it is taking place in September

The Axarquia region is a great place to get out and do some walking, and we are right in the centre of it!  Villa Andalucía is on the edge of the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama Natural Park, within a few minutes you can walking in the natural Park.

Spring and autumn time is a great time when the weather is that bit cooler.

Whether you´re aiming for a meandering stroll or a more challenging hike, the Sierras have everything to fulfil your needs, great walks with fantastic views.

Imagine, having a loving day walking and be able to come back to the crystal-clear pool for a relaxing swim or just floating about on the inflatable, followed by a nice G&T or a glass of wine and watching the sun go down!

If you are an inexperienced walker and prefer to have a guide, we can arrange this for you. We have an experienced qualified local guide who has lived in Competa for 20 years and fluent in Spanish, English and French.

Let us know what you want to do easy strolls, or more challenging mountain walk, you will be guaranteed a good time. We can arrange full or half day walks for you, or if you prefer walks by the hour. Packed lunches can be arranged.

You can also purchase detailed instructions for individual walks and guidebooks from us during your stay.

Some of the routes have been walked and plotted with a GPS, we can provide accompanying map and instructions with photos.
